Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily operations, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead merchandising efforts, coordinate product launches, and strive to meet and exceed sales objectives while providing an extraordinary customer experience with our products and services.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations with the store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches.
• Help meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals.
