Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in overseeing daily store operations in Brooklyn. You will coach a team of retail sales consultants, assist with merchandising and product launches, and help meet sales objectives while delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, apply analytical thinking to improve processes, and drive results through strong leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Three+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems.
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
