AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with a store manager to oversee daily store operations, assist with merchandising and product launches, and ensure customers experience our best-in-class services.

You’ll coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals, coordinate outreach and on-site/off-site events, and participate in best-in-class paid training that sets you up for leadership success.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and mobility systems.
• Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
