Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee day-to-day store operations, drive sales goals and coach a team of retail sales consultants. You will partner with a store manager on merchandising, product launches and exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead with a service mindset, develop your staff, and implement strategies to meet objectives while leveraging AT&T mobility systems and industry trends. This is a hands-on leadership role with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
