Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by meeting financial goals.
• Lead training and development of associates; manage staffing levels and floor coverage.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and floor-set execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and develop brand knowledge to solve customer needs.
• Partner with Store Manager on HR processes, payroll, and documentation.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, inventory, and safety.
