Duluth Trading Company in Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver WOW customer service. You will supervise staff, manage merchandising, staffing, training, and ensure store standards, while partnering with the Store Manager.

This role requires retail leadership, customer focus, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with compensation between $25.40 and $30.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Business Administration, Merchandising or related field preferred.
• Minimum three years in retail with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales and goals: drive sales and profitability; lead KPI initiatives; manage merchandising and promotions.
• Customer service: engage customers, build product knowledge, oversee staffing for optimal floor coverage.
• Human resources/leadership: recruit, train, motivate, and lead employees; uphold company policies and HR documentation.
• Store operations: manage inventory, cash handling, security, and store safety; ensure smooth floor operations.
