Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Develop brand knowledge and deliver friendly, solution-oriented service.
• Lead store team to provide the Duluth experience on the floor.
• Manage floor coverage and engage customers throughout shifts.
• Record accurate customer profile information for transactions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and correct signage on the sales floor.
• Operate cash-handling and POS functions in line with company policy.
