Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or merchandising preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail experience with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and team leadership.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve financial goals by leading KPI initiatives and coaching associates.
• Lead merchandise presentation and floor-set execution to reflect current messaging and promotions.
• Recruit, train, motivate and supervise store staff while maintaining company standards.
• Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, cash handling and store safety procedures.
• Foster exceptional customer engagement and provide solution-oriented service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to optimize staffing and floor coverage.
