POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Camarillo to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will support store operations, inventory control, and merchandising while driving sales and brand presence.

You will coach staff, ensure a customer-first culture, manage daily tasks, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. Join a fast-paced team in a growth-focused North America operation with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience and business metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion or pop culture is valued.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and implement improvement plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and independence in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads for a high-performing team.
• Drive sales goals, KPIs, conversions, UPT and ATV through action plans.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support merchandising standards.
• Create engaging visual displays and seasonal campaigns.
• Build excitement in the local collector community and brand events.
