POP MART, a leading global brand with a network of shops, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Camarillo to drive a premier customer experience and store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure brand standards across merchandising and service.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, and execute campaigns, product launches, and events while maintaining a customer-first culture and store compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads to elevate performance.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and store performance.
• Ensure opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays.
• Support events, product launches, and pop-up activations.
• Build excitement in the local collector community and promote brand.
