Responsabilidades

• Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Become an expert in the brand’s selling behaviors and role model them with every customer to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Assist the sales lead during non-peak hours with a customer-first focus.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Support opening/closing tasks and hours as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
