Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to move around the store, stockroom, and office.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds as part of duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases and answer questions to drive sales.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and promotions.
• Model Gap selling behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support leadership during non-peak hours with a customer-first focus.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks on time and maintain productivity.
