Responsibilities

• Contribute to a positive work environment by treating customers and employees with respect.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Leads become experts of the brand's selling behaviors by role modeling these behaviors.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with the customer as the primary focus.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Support opening/closing tasks and checklists as needed.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
