Gap is seeking team-oriented individuals to support store leadership and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will role model selling behaviors, educate customers on loyalty programs, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues to maintain productivity, participate in opening/closing routines, and leverage omni-channel tools to create a frictionless shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced retail environment at Gap stores.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Treat customers and employees with respect to create a positive work environment.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs to promote repeat visits.
• Demonstrate Gap selling behaviors through interactions with customers.
• Support sales leadership during non-peak hours with the customer as the focus.
