Job summary

Lids Sports Group, the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

As a cap expert and team leader, you will drive sales, oversee daily store performance, and ensure a fun, inclusive environment while upholding brand standards.

Candidates should be prepared to manage scheduling, training, visual merchandising, and loss prevention tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and Store Manager absence.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and performance feedback.
• Maintain schedule, staffing, and adherence to policies.
• Execute selling strategy to hit KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee operations: POS, inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
