Job summary

You will assist the store manager with hiring, coaching, setting goals, and ensuring staff complete training while maintaining coverage during peak hours and processing orders and returns efficiently. This role emphasizes adherence to company policies and safety, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service training completed or in progress.
• Assistant manager certification or equivalent leadership credential.
• RSS certification is a plus.
• Certified Parts Professional certification desired.
• ASE certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and model excellent customer service for retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service levels and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and interviewing to ensure peak-hour coverage.
• Support hiring processes and coach team members toward goals and training completion.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed on time and communications are clear.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and perform opening/closing duties as assigned.
