Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, customer service, and operations. The role includes shift management responsibilities when managers are unavailable, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom.
• Ensure calls are answered per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC adds.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Ensure returns are processed and refunds issued correctly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise, core charges and warranties.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and secure deposits.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and communicate Zipline messages.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
