Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes for GC/CM and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to meet schedules.
• Oversee contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions for Food Lion work.
• Lead change orders, budget tracking, and period reports for senior management.
• Develop phased construction plans and monitor milestones closely.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on all project sites.
• Act as primary construction point of contact for assigned projects.
