Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to travel weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and awarding processes related to GC's, CM's, subcontractors and suppliers for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Prepare contract, purchase orders, and payment workflows for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Oversee construction schedules, milestones, and safety compliance to ensure on-time store openings.
• Provide value engineering feedback and develop cost-saving ideas across projects.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Real Estate and other stakeholders on project phasing and handoffs.
• Manage post-project closeout, warranties, and final financial documentation.

Education
