Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead our Back of House/Receiving area. You will direct merchandise flow, supervise associates, and partner with Store Management to drive efficient store operations.

You’ll oversee packing, receiving, and coordination with the sales floor while fostering teamwork, safety, and strong customer service through the daily tasks of a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in retail or equivalent setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back of House operations: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Protect assets and prevent shortages by enforcing company policies.
