Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Direct workload, coaching, and recognition of associates.
