Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house and coordinate receiving, unloading, and merchandise flow. You will work closely with store management as a primary leader of the back-of-house team and drive daily operations to meet company standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and process excellence, with opportunities to grow into broader management responsibilities within our expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process from receiving to store floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shrinkage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Direct associates and manage workload and productivity.
• Coach associates and recognize performance in the moment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations and partnerships programs.
