Burlington is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house/receiving operations. You’ll work closely with Store Management to direct unloading, sorting, and merchandising flows while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.

As a frontline supervisor, you will develop teams, drive results, and coordinate with management on scheduling, training, and onboarding. A strong, energetic leader with reliability will thrive in a growing national retailer.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move, lift 40 lbs. or more, and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Enforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shortages and safeguard merchandise.
• Promote safety for customers and associates following company guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance in real time.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
