Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to join our Back of House/Receiving team on a full-time basis. You will lead the back-of-house operations, coordinate receiving and merchandise flow, and supervise associates while working closely with Store Management.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to safety and asset protection guidelines, with opportunities for growth into store leadership. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to minimize shrink.
• Direct associates and workload; coach in the moment and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
