Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house/receiving area and partner with store management in a fast-paced off-price environment. You will coordinate receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise to the sales floor while upholding safety and loss prevention standards.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within a retail environment (off-price, big box, or specialty).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor).
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages and protect merchandise.
• Direct workload and supervise associates; provide coaching and recognition.
