Burlington is seeking a Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations in a fast-paced store environment. You will work closely with Store Management, directing the team and daily workflows to ensure efficient merchandising and inventory control.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with opportunities for growth within our expanding network of stores. Competitive pay and benefits accompany full-time hours.

Formación

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail, off-price, or big-box environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to move/lift merchandise up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading/sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate teamwork and collaboration across departments.
• Direct associates and workload to meet targets.
• Maintain accountability for team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates and recognize performance in real time.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Engage in community programs and partnerships.
