Michaels Stores Willowbrook is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers in-store, and ensure fast checkouts. You will participate in truck unloads, merchandising, and store recovery while promoting Rewards and private label credit card enrollments.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, the role involves omni-channel duties (BOPIS/SFS) and strict adherence to SOPs. Candidates should be 16 or older and comfortable in a high-activity retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Public retail store environment experience is a plus.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Stocking, truck unload, and planogram (POG) processes
• Maintain merchandise and in-store recovery; handle returns and back stock
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
