The Michaels Companies in Willowbrook, TX is seeking a Store team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance, while supporting Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting moderate loads, and working nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Handle checkout processes and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Support omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety programs.
