Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Seasonal Part Time Service Team Member in Willowbrook, IL. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop the store, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll also complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock. Role includes cross training in Custom Framing selling and production, supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and contributing to store recovery,

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• Cross trained in framing sales and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products and solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them where applicable.
• Support BOPIS and Ship From Store processes; participate in store recovery.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
