Job summary

Michaels WOR-MILLBURY store is seeking team members to provide friendly service, assist customers with product location, and ensure a fast checkout. Cross-trained in framing sales and production, you will support truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining store recovery and stock levels.

This role involves engaging shoppers with rewards programs, completing enrollments, and supporting omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS, with adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to move throughout the store and lift/carry objects as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery, merchandise, and in-stock conditions.
• Participate in Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates; model company values.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
