Job summary

Michaels in Epping, NH is seeking a store associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks and stocking merchandise to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.

You will engage customers with the Rewards program, assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes, and follow SOPs to ensure safety and compliance while upholding the Michaels brand.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old per U.S. requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to maintain in-stock presentation
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies, interact respectfully with customers and team members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
