Michaels Stores in Manchester, NH is seeking a friendly Store Associate to help customers find products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast checkout. You will handle cash and promote rewards programs, with opportunities to assist in BOPIS/SFS and restock duties.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift and move stock, and willingness to work varied shifts in a climate-controlled retail environment. Must be 16 or older.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to store standards
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
• Assist with Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) duties
• Support merchandise recovery and store recovery to maintain in-stock, well-merchandised conditions
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; uphold the company's standards
• Interact professionally with customers and co-workers; be a positive role model
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
