Job summary

Michaels in Epping, NH is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to help customers find products, provide solutions, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, manage planograms, participate in store recovery, and support omnichannel services (Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store) while following SOPs, safety standards, and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credit cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery and merchandise returns/go back processes to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock.
• Participate in Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
