The role includes standing for long periods, light to moderate lifting, and adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines. This position involves nights, weekends, and early mornings in a climate-controlled public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store presentation and stock; complete merchandise recovery.
