Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Keene, NH is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience.

You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised store. You’ll engage customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, support BOPIS and Ship From Store, and contribute to store recovery, shrink control, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout with proper cash handling.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support in merchandise recovery and store recovery to stay in-stock and well-merchandised.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
