Michaels is seeking a Store Associate for our Portsmouth, NH location. You will assist customers, help them find products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while handling cash to standards.

You’ll support truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and various store recovery tasks to maintain an in-stock, well-merchandised environment. You may engage customers with the Rewards program, enroll in Private Label Credit Cards, and participate in omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup

Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to ensure in-stock, well-merchandised shelves
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully and model company values; cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
