Formación

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standard.
• Promote Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Stock shelves, participate in truck unloads and planograms.
• Maintain stock and merchandise recovery; support store recovery.
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
