You’ll assist with truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions, while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandise presentation, and adherence to SOPs and safety programs. Evening/weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Stock merchandise and maintain planograms (POGs).
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery processes; support safety and shrink programs.
