Job summary

Michaels stores are seeking team members to deliver friendly, efficient customer service in our Harrisburg-Carlisle location. You will assist shoppers, help them locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience with accurate cash handling and quick transactions.

Role involves promoting the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrolling customers as needed, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to engage customers and provide solutions.
• Familiarity with checkout standards and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and process transactions.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; assist enrollment.
• Support omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram adherence.
• Maintain store recovery, return/go back processing, and in-stock conditions.
