Qualifications

• Ability to assist customers, answer questions, and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout; cash handling to standards.
• Explain Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain stock and store recovery; support shrink and safety programs.
