Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate in the United States. You will assist customers, handle transactions, promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and support omnichannel services like BOPIS and SFS.

You may also participate in stock and framing-related duties while maintaining store standards. The role requires ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy boxes, and work nights/weekends as needed.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Process fast and friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Support Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Restock and organize merchandise; manage planograms (POGs).
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock condition.
• Participate in safety and shrink programs.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
