Job summary

Michaels - Harrisburg-Carlisle store is seeking team members to assist customers, stock shelves, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You will participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, support store recovery, and promote rewards programs.

Applicants should be comfortable standing long hours, moving throughout the store, and lifting; weekends and early shifts may be required. Michaels offers employee discounts and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store recovery to deliver a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact respectfully; be a role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
