Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Harrisburg-Carlisle, PA is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, ring up purchases, and keep shelves stocked. You will help shoppers locate products, enroll them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, maintaining planograms, and performing store recovery to ensure in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand, move around the store, and perform stocking duties as needed
• Demonstrates friendly, professional customer interactions and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Engage customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes
• Complete merchandise recovery and store recovery to maintain in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs
• Interact respectfully and be a role model for other Team Members
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
