Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Standing for long periods is required.
• Ability to move throughout the store and lift/move merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and gather feedback.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes: Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery and returns procedures.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully with customers and team members; support company values.
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
