Nike in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Retail Supervisor to guide customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume store. You will lead your team to deliver outstanding service and drive sales while supporting the Nike culture and brand.

The role requires adaptability to nights, weekends and holidays and a commitment to teamwork. As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you will motivate colleagues and ensure product knowledge translates into exceptional customer journeys, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude to teammates and customers daily
• Lead by example and deliver service per Nike’s Service Principles
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, reliability, and kindness
• Operate a cash register, shipping/receiving, stocking products, and build visual displays
