Job summary

Nike NorthPark is seeking a Retail Supervisor to be the face of NIKE, guiding customers and leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service, stocking and merchandising, and ensuring a seamless consumer journey from arrival to purchase.

You will train on the latest Nike products, work collaboratively with teammates, and support store events while maintaining the brand’s Service Principles. Requires 18+ and 1 year of retail experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays per store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on Nike products and technologies.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform stocking and cashier duties.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service aligned with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stocking products and building visual displays.
