Job summary

Nike Desert Ridge in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Retail Supervisor, called a Specialist, to lead a fast-paced, high-volume store team. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, train coworkers, and demonstrate Nike’s Service Principles every day.

This full-time role requires at least one year of retail experience, availability nights and weekends, and a willingness to learn the latest products. You’ll grow with Nike while helping customers find their perfect pair and contributing to store

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood.
Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Being enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to best support customer needs.
Leading by example and delivering service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
Making customers feel welcome and exceeding their expectations at every step of their journey.
Operating a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning and building visual displays.
Attending store events with your teammates.
