Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Shortage Control Associate to contribute to a secure shopping environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You will monitor entrances/exits, greet customers, and support loss prevention programs to reduce theft.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and monitor store environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stand at the front of the store and monitor for theft and other dishonest activities.
• Greet every customer entering or exiting with a warm smile and energetic greeting.
• Identify and report theft incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Enforce safety and security standards across the shift.
