• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances and high‑risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and create a sense of control and security.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty.
• Provide guidance and training to associates on shortage reduction programs.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow dress standards.
