• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to visually monitor store environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is required.
• Ability to exhibit a positive demeanor, strong posture, and energetic greeting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to deter theft.
• Greet customers with a warm smile and confident presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents to Manager on Duty promptly.
• Assist with shortages reduction programs and training of associates.
